Sitting in a hotel room during a business trip this is my contribution to the "Stripes Challenge" .
My idea was to create an additional 3D effect like stairs to the stripes.

DC#264 -Spring String and a farewell
This week I was so very busy that I had no time for tangling at all.
And tomorrow I need to say goodbye to a very special person who is leaving our company.
I am a little sad for that...
So I decided to combine both things - the DIVA Challenge and the farewell present.
I created a card with my best wishes ("ALLES GUTE" stands for "I wish you all the Best") and tangled it with spring feelings with Mooka and Flux , Printemps and Tipple and some other tangles.
Hopefully, you will accept it as my contribution to DC#264...

DC#263 - my first tile as a CZT!!
This week was so amazing for me, I just came back from my journey to Providence, Rhode Island, where I took part at CZT Seminar 23.
Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas gave us such a wonderful experience teaching the method of Zentangle. Marias daughter, Molly Hollibaugh, gave some lessons, too.
I am overwhelmed with all the impressions I had - surely I will need some days to sort it and to believe that it was real !
This morning I came back home to Dresden and decided to draw a tile for the DIVA challenge, because I did not want to miss it.
It was so much fun.

I used the tangles Mooka ( which I explored this week and fell in love!!) and Dex and in the upper part of the globe I tried one of the "Fragment and Reticula" which Rick and Maria explain in their new book Zentangle Primer vol.1. I used the Fragment H5. An interesting experience.
Of course I show you very proudly my CZT certificate and a foto with Riak and Maria and one with Molly

Joey`s weekly challenge #107 - VII
This week Joey gave us the Roman Numeral VII as a string and asked us to choose from these tangles: Queen`s Crown, Gotcha, Zailz and Nipa.
I decided to take them all. Gotcha was very new to me, so I had to make my first experiences with this tangle.
I am rather satisfied with the result.
It is certinly my last tile to post on this blog before I start my journey to Providence. Only two days left... All things are prepared, only the packing of my case is one of the challenges I do not like at all... I will start it friday afternoon. And saturday in the very early morning I will start at home, drive about 5hrs to Frankfurt and fly 9hrs to Philadelphia and another 2 hrs to Providence.
What do you think? This must be really Zentangle- love! Yes, it is.

DIVA Challenge #262: "UMT - Fassett by Lynn Mead"
I really LOVE Fassett and used it already several times.
Even an Easter Egg I tangeled with this pattern, which was not so easy but very effective...
I was glad to have it this week for DIVA´s challenge.
It was just the right activity for a hard days night to relax my mind!

It's a String Thing #138 "Citrus"
This week we have the chance to try Adele Brunos new tangle "Citrus".
When I saw it first time on Adeles blog I immediately was in love with it, and so I was very happy about this week's challenge
Thank you, Adele, for sharing of this beautiful tangle!
